This practice is led by Mariaveronica Favoroso, an accredited civil and commercial mediator with over 20 years of experience across law, entrepreneurship, and cross-border negotiation.
She represents ADR ODR International in Southeast Asia and works closely with its founder, Rahim Shamji, on complex negotiation and dispute resolution matters. She also supports the firm’s expansion in the region through mediation development, peer-resolution models, and corporate training for multinationals.
Veronica turned to mediation after years spent navigating boardroom tensions, exits, and high-stakes negotiations - having lived and worked internationally since 2007. She experienced how unresolved conflict, if ignored, quietly erodes trust, momentum, and value. Mediation offered a missing link: a structured process to unlock impasses, protect relationships, and move forward with clarity.
Alongside her affiliation with ADR ODR, Veronica works independently with a select group of founders, investors, and leadership teams - providing advisory support across fundraising, negotiation, partnership alignment, and complex transitions.
She is accredited in civil and commercial mediation by ADR ODR International (UK), and works internationally both online and in person - in English, Italian, and French. She is based in Bangkok.
